My wife reserved 3 family rooms , I reserved one a total of 4 rooms and when I did the check in one of my wife's room was not ready and it was past the check in time the room that I additionally reserved was given to another family and It had been charged to my account , the power went out and we had no lights all night no food , no hot water , no wifi customer service was not the best , the rooms were dirty the staff was not helpful, the main reason I'm giving 2 starts is because the natural view and waterfalls are beautiful
