Rooms need to be updated but other than that our stay was very good spa and Turkish bath and indoor pool were very clean and comfortable…Housekeeping was ok but there was one lady who washed our balcony checked our needs was wonderful her name was Mahsume;she made our stay well worth thanks to her …🌹

Hattuşa'da karar kılmak can sıkıcı yorumlardan dolayı bizde biraz tereddüt oluşturuyordu. Ama yine de şartları itibariyle burayı tercih ettik. İyiki de ettik. Olumsuz yorumların başında sürekli tatil koçu tarafından rahatsız edilmek geliyordu. Bir de odaların temiz olmaması öne çıkartılıyordu.Tatil ya da sürekli bizi rahatsız eden biri ile karşılaşmadık. 2. Gün odamızın kapısına bir mesaj bıraktı tatil koçu ya da adı neyse. Aramadık. Dolayısıyla rahatsız edilmedik. Odamız son derece temizdi. Her gün de koda temizliği oldu. Hattuşa full doluydu. Yüzde 98 doluluk oranı vardı. Bu yoğunluğu tesis çok büyük olduğu için hissetmedik. Havuzlar yeterliydi. Termal havuz karmaydı. Bayanlara da özel termal havuz vardı. Karma olan bölumü biz genelde akşam 8 gibi kullandık. Bu yüzden 5-10 kişi vardı termalde. Oda kahvaltı aldık hizmeti. Kahvaltı ultra lüks değildi. Ama yeterliydi. Çalışanlar gayet yardımseverdi. Odaya ek yastık istedik hemen geldi. Çıkışta belboy istedik 5 dakikaya geldi. Otoparkta her zaman yer bulduk. Bence bu tesis gideni memnun bırakır. Diğer yorumları okuyunca haksızlık edilmiş gibi. Bu tür tesisleri daha kaliteli yapan gelen misafirlerin de her şeyi özgürce yapmadan genel temizlik ve kurallara uymalarıdır. Kural termalde bone kullanmayı gerektiriyor. Sen takmazsan suya sacın düsecek. Temizlemek gerek. Ama bu o an o saniyede olamaz ki...Ben tesisi beğendim.. Zeytin ağaçları, yeşillikler.. Kaz dağlarının temiz havası.. Sonra deniz.. özel plaj.. güzel bir tatildi.
