Terrible - noise pollution. Absolutely No Peace.

TERRIBLE! Noisy noisy noisy. You will NOT get a moment of peace at this hotel. Whether its the noise in the hall ways by staff and guests, or the motorcade of loud vehicles outside your window as early as 7AM, or construction noises that sound like bombs going off. I had to sleep with earpods in playing white noise to drown out the noise pollution. Never stayed at a noiser hotel in my life, and I have been to some places. Do not recommend,

I really enjoyed my stay here at the spa. The architecture is very different but pretty cool. There is construction on the balcony side so it can be a little noisy. There's also a lot of noise from the main street, nothing a little Advil PM didn't cure. You are 15/20 minutes from Antigua about a 45 minute drive without traffic to the airport, but inly 20 miles. My arrival was in the middle of the day and took me almost 2 hours to get to the hotel/spa. The massages are great but if you're coming from the US don't expect not to show some of your body parts, so if you're modest let them know. I enjoyed the restaurant except for the strawberry salad.. just pretty much lettuce and very little dressing. Everything else was really good. The drinks are really good. The staff speaks very little English if you're coming from an English speaking country. Ubers are very easy to schedule, about $11 to Antigua and $21 to airport. I had a great experience.

Guys I don’t like to complain, as a matter of fact I hate to complain, but there were some areas you can improve. The first one will be “time” I went to have breakfast this morning and I’m not kidding it took one hour and a half to have it served, my wife had to get up twice to ask if we gonna get served or not, it wasn’t even busy at the time, so yeah, you guys really need to improve on this field, another thing was the kit for the jacuzzi, the person told us it was 150 and did not specify that the 150 was in dollars, I don’t mind to pay, but I don’t like to be mislead, you have to tell me if what I’m paying is in dollars or Quetzales. I don’t appreciate when someone tells me one thing and in the end is another. And the last thing is time again, it takes forever to be checked out, and the lady at the front desk told me to have a seat and it took forever literally , I had to go back to the front desk again and ask, this is really not acceptable, I have never, ever complained for a hotel stay, but I’m gonna make an exception cause I really think you guys did a really bad job in this fields.

Pésimo lugar, cuartos sin ventilación, comida muy mala y sin sabor, muy pocas sillas en el área de piscina. 🚨Cuidar muy bien sus pertenencias, los encargados de la piscina nos ofrecieron cuidar las batas de baño junto a mi salida de baño, camisa y reloj; devolvieron la bata y la camisa, pero el reloj y las pulseras no apareció y dijeron que no hacen responsables por objetos perdidos. Personal nos informó que hace un par de semanas se había extraviado un celular también. Además del poco interés del personal por resolver.

Hoy tuve la oportunidad de visitar Le Suisse Spa con mi prometida, y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el inicio, nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y disfrutamos de una estadía realmente cómoda. Cenamos en el restaurante Mil Luces y quedamos encantados. Las pastas son una delicia, en especial una que probamos con un queso increíblemente sabroso, totalmente recomendada. Además, pedimos la oferta de botella de vino con tabla de quesos como entrada, y todo estaba espectacular. Después, visitamos el circuito termal y decidimos consentirnos un poco más con unos masajes relajantes que valieron completamente la pena. Nos dejaron como nuevos y, sin duda, los recomiendo. Es un hotel muy completo, con un servicio de primera. Desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida, todo el personal fue amable y atento. La suite en la que nos hospedamos era acogedora y estaba impecable. Disfruté de mis desayunos en la habitación, aprovechando la terraza privada con vistas hermosas. Definitivamente espero volver pronto para conocer otras suites y seguir disfrutando de todo lo que este lugar tiene para ofrecer.
