The first thing we found upon checking in was a massive cockroach on the main bedroom ceiling, then we realized there was a roach nest and couldn’t clearly sleep the first night, we were in the room with a 4-year old. The wifi wasn’t working, the bills we had booked smelled like mould so bad we had to open all the kitchen cabinets and villas doors to let some fresh air in. Paid for an extra guest and all we got was a stained crib mattress brought to the door of the villa for us to figure ourselves out, no linens, pillows or questions about who the mattress was for. Had to call them back to request a normal size mattress and see one linens, this took forever. Requested to speak with the manager about it and it was t possible until almost 24 hours later. The staff at the restaurants she swimming pools, zero attentive, rolled their eyes, had to ask for anything several times, food came cold, breakfast orders where taken 4 people at a time (we were 12). Several other issues, it’s a shame because the hotel is donvlose to tayrona park and we couldn’t go as after our first night, we had to leave and find another hotel last minute where we knew we were not going to have any of the issues mentioned above

This is a very beautiful resort Lanscaping, the rooms were very nice, the view was gorgeous. A few things can be worked on… There were bugs that were in the room/bathroom and also in the dining area as they are attracted to the lights also by the pool There needs to be tables between the loungers for convenience. Overall, the staff was very nice, the food was very good and the hotel was very beautiful. A good value for our stay in May which is off season/rainy season but we enjoyed ourselves for two nights

The hotel charged the amount for the stay twice on the credit card. The first time was upon departure, and then the same amount was charged to the credit card again after departure. Emails requesting clarification are ignored, not answered, and no one feels responsible. Requests to correct the double charge are simply ignored, and even after one month, nothing has happened.

We had an excellent stay in a 2 bedroom villa with a private jetted plunge pool. The villa was large and had a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a several private outdoor areas including a large covered patio with a hammock. Cleaning staff came everyday, however one con was that you cannot actually lock the main door to the villa, your keycard controls the gate to enter the yard, but the actual villa sliding door couldn't be locked which I didn't love. That said the food options were solid, and reasonably priced, the beach is secluded and the pool and loungers were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

traumhaft schönes Strand-Hotel

traumhaft schönes Strand-Hotel am Rand von Tayrona mit großen bequemen Zimmern, sehr nettem Personal, gutem Restaurant direkt am Strand (Frühstück mit Meerblick), eigenem Strandbereich und Pool, wo immer Liegen frei waren. Der Strand ist toll, mit sehr hohen Wellen, deshalb kann man zur Sicherheit nur bis zur Hüfte ins Wasser. In der Nähe am Río Mendihuaca ist ein alternatives Dorf ähnlich Palomino, aber günstiger + weniger überlaufen, hier kann man auch lecker essen.

Wunderschöne anlage, super aufmerksames personal, sehr gutes restaurant, sehr schöbe villen, sehr schön begrünt. Ausreichend Strandliegen und Schirme vorhanden. Am Pool genauso. Die Strandtücher könnten etwas größer sein. Aber im großen und ganzen war es für uns ganz wunderbar. Gerne wieder, falls es uns wieder mal nach Kolumbien verschlagen sollte. Familie aus Berlin
