There is a very small parking area behind the building, recommend getting there early, park, and use public transportation for your stay. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows could have used an update. The check in person was nice. The rail system is in front of the building so there is some noise from that. It is a non-smoking facility, but the smell of cannabis was strong from other guests.

I really liked the Hotel MIrage. It was very clean and has very friendly staff. While it is not in the heart of Brooklyn activities, I had a car with me that the staff kindly allowed me to marking in the small parking area right behind the hotel.

Cleanliness, safety, noise, neighbours extremely loud all hours of the day. No caffeinated coffee. No toilet paper in rooms. No towel service.

Room was clean, lady in reception who seemed to be there 24 hrs a day, was friendly, polite, helpful. Only downfall was noise from outside, train, busy road, and inside, every time the lift opened or someone opened a door it sounded like it was right outside your room. If you could soundproof doors and windows the hotel would be ideal

Room was clean and a decent size. It was perfect for my overnight stay to catch a flight at JFK airport. It was near the subway and a short car ride to different places The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. I would stay here again.

Absolutely no complains about my stay. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Location is not ideal, it's not very close to the subway and the walk is not very nice but it's a lot more affordable than most stays in Brooklyn.

roughout the night, our room had a strong odor of marijuana, to the extent that it felt as though someone was actively smoking in the room with us. The odor was also present in the elevator, despite the building being clearly designated as smoke-free. This significantly impacted our comfort and ability to rest. In addition, the room was not properly stocked or maintained. The soap dispenser was empty, and there was no trash bin in the bathroom, which was inconvenient and below expected standards. I was also concerned by the lack of accessibility to hotel staff. The front desk receptionist was behind bulletproof glass, and when we attempted to contact the front desk by phone, we were unable to reach anyone for assistance. Overall, this experience fell well short of what I would expect

Really nice and comfortable with friendly staff!

Love the hotel, room was clean, staff were super lovely, friendly and were always happy to help if we had any queries and request. Only issue with the hotel is that the LIRR runs directly in front of the room where we stayed and it was so loud at night and there were a few loud, inconsiderate peolle next to us. If it wasn't for the LIRR I would give it a 10/10!

An OK hotel, shame about the noise

Very noisy with the trains and main road outside. Even with the windows shut it sounded like the train was coming in through the window. Cleanliness was OK, seemed very tired in some parts.

Good to the Price.

Good hotel to the Price, rails next to - so you have to be a good sleeper, as they can wake you up. Metro close by, neighbourhood is a little shady, but nothing to report about.

We were given the wrong room upon check-in, and the room itself smelled strongly of smoke despite being advertised as a smoke-free accommodation. In addition, the room was located directly next to the subway, resulting in constant noise throughout the night. We barely slept and the overall stay was extremely uncomfortable. This was, by far, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I am extremely disappointed.
