Room was clean & comfortable. Front desk allowed me to check in early after a flight change. This hotel is advertised as having a free airport shuttle, which is why I booked. I was not notified until the day before I arrived that the shuttle only runs 8 times in the morning & 8 times in the evening. I still had to pay for transportation.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the money, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers. We would gladly stay here again.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. I had to leave early so wasn’t able too enjoy the breakfast. I appreciated that there was a shuttle to and from the airport. It would have been nicer to be let off at the front door of the hotel because I had a lot of luggage. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. At the airport the driver went and got a luggage cart for me to use. So very thoughtful when he saw me struggling to drag my crate.

I needed to book a hotel at very short notice due to travel problems and the Holiday Inn Express was definitely the best of the choices I had. COmbined with the free shuttle service, staff were incredibly helpful, room was comfy and quiet and the breakfast was very good as always with Holiday Inn - would definitely use them again.
