The check in guy was very accommodating. Didn't actually have the room I reserved but put us in a nice room. It's a little run down but I just needed a bed for the night. Room was very clean. I would recommend it if you just need an inexpensive room for the night.

That was the nastiest place I’ve ever tried to stay. I blame myself for trying to be cheap! I didn’t stay, I ended up at the Hilton around the corner. If you don’t have standards, this is the place for you! That location is prime property. They should sell it to a proper hotel chain!

The lady was very sweet but our room was disgusting. Mold all in the bathroom, seen some on the floor molding. The ac unit was busted up and had what looked like mold. Carpet was dirty two of the pillow cases had stains and was nasty. We had two towels and two rags, one of each was very clean and had no stains. The walls were stained up. There was dust on the headboard. There was a dead roach on the wall. Just to say we are not very happy with this place we will not go back. We were all the way in the back lighting was not good. Did not feel very safe. The lock latch was only hanging on. Again will not be staying there again.

No continental breakfast as advertised. No coffee maker in room as advertised. Mold on ceiling and the ceiling was literally falling in. Curtains we torn, comforter was torn, toilet lid was broken, towel rack was broken, holes in the wall, light in bathroom didn’t work. Every day had to have key reprogrammed. And all this was in the second room, because the first room was even worse!

There was a broken lamp on the desk. They didn't bother removing it or replacing it. The smoke detector was disabled with wires hanging. There was a used bar of soap in the shower! Half a roll of toilet paper with no extra rolls. The wifi didn't work. The TV was intermittent. The towels hadn't been replenished. There was no breakfast, even though it was advertised in the reservation. I do not recommend this hotel!

Don't stay here! First, check-in is 3p, not 2p as stated on H.com. Next, even if you request non-smoking, it'll still smell of smoke. Mine also had a cigarette burn in the bedspread. Most rooms do not have a TV. My room had a phone with no cord, a missing or burnt lampshade, bathroom ceiling vent was laying in the floor and blue tape hung from the hole. I didn't check if these worked: hair dryer detached from the wall and no amenities provided for the coffee maker. I am a single female with a service dog and they stuck me in the far back corner by the fenced woods and no grassy area for my dog to relieve himself. He thankfully was able to pee on the piles of pine needles & leaves near the stacks of old mattresses. The "continental breakfast" was a joke. Time shows 6-9am. I was in there at 8am and there was coffee, 1 mini chocolate donut, 2 mini blueberry muffins, cereal and bread for toast, yet no jelly, juice or even napkins. Also, they won't refill anything. I AM thankful for no bugs, clean sheets and although thin, the 2 towels and washcloths were clean. I'm assuming many rooms need some kind of service since they put up a sign for no vacancies yet there were other rooms on my side of the bldg that were empty, yet they put someone right next to me. The whole room experience was totally frustrating and not relaxing at all.

This place should be condemned before somebody gets killed. Completely filthy inside and out and in an area where you could get shot. I did not feel safe or comfortable. The hand towels and bath towels had stains on them, the facilities were filthy, the sheets had stains, the outside looked like they were getting ready to tear it down. Northgate Inn is not a place that should be on Travelocity.

I had a really bad experience, It was expensive $67,59 for a really smelly and nasty room, the bathroom was very dirty and with stained towels, the toilet and tub were filthy and disgusting. I was desperate to get a room to stay only one night, because l was exhausted after driving my truck for 8 hrs. The worst part was the bathroom.AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Don’t stay there please ever!!

They told us when we arrived it was not pet friendly. And we paid for a King bed and were told they had none available so we had to use Queen, but looked the size of full size. They did not provide good towels. One looked like it had black stains on it. They said it had Continental Breakfast and only had a few Muffins. That is the last time we are staying there.
