The Staff are incredible, the professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched by anyplace I have stayed in my 58 years. We were switched to another room which was inferior to the original room we booked and procedure for moving was awkward and unfair. There were many problems with communication and WiFi. Customer support was painfully slow. The staff is exceptionally upbeat welcoming and helpful. Staff were amazing, the room we had at the property was a little bit in need of a spruce up, also the maintenance issues we had were dealt with immediately by the team, which was appreciated. We've been to Coco Grove on many occasions, the property is absolutely stunning, many would say that its paradise..... if you haven't been, you really should! Food is delicious, staff is warm and friendly, if you snorkle theres a spectacular coral right there that's actually a marine sanctuary! You just simply cannot go wrong by staying at Coco Grove! I think this is one of the best resorts in the Philippines I always go there to relax and decompress.. they have music and performers with buffet on Saturdays, for an extra Fee, but is well worth it. This is a great atmosphere and perfect beach and pools. Plenty of places for pics etc...
