"While we loved the apartment we stayed in, the resort itself could use improvements. The food was just okay at every place we ate. Definitely would have found better leaving the property. The staff was also very unhelpful at check in, didn’t follow through on notifying me the room was ready, didn’t offer any recommendations when asked, and was unfriendly."

"Getting to the hotel by car is easy, park at the bottom of the stairs and check in. Bottom of the stairs is not a parking spot but it was ok to park at the curb and check in. Hotel is old but it was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Hotel is within walking distance to most of the things to do there and there is food nearby you just need to walk about 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel parking is 2 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast was minimal but good enough for me. Area was very safe no worries. Not a new hotel so don’t expect a 5 star hotel some things are old but everything works as it should and overall a good place to stay for the price."

"Had a bad start to this stay as the hill view room we were booked in was occupied when we arrived, This was a little concerning as we walked into a room where someone was staying (they were not in at the time). We were then moved to an apartment room which was nice although the WiFi did not work very well. The staff quickly refunded the difference in room price and they were very apologetic and helpful. The room we had was clean and comfortable with a good bed and bathroom. The breakfast offering at the hotel was terrible with a lack of staff on hand and a poor selection. This really does need to be improved as it is very basic and let the stay down. Hotel has good free parking and is a 20 min walk from the centre of Pula."
