This was a very nice new modern hotel. Beautifully decorated. Very nice and friendly staff. Comfy and clean room. Nice warm continental breakfast. Parking situation was kind of weird. The sidewalk on the side of the building was very slick due to ice and snow.

Amazing Staff and Comfortable Stay
The staff was very friendly and informative. The chefs who make the breakfast very much care about their work and make the whole stay very amiable and unique for the area. One of the highlights of the town and you can tell the people here are trying to make this place grow. If you stay here and you see the cinnamon apple bake in the morning, get some. It’s delicious.

Great Hotel... Lonely Place
The place is very new and it feels like we were the only ons at the hotel. No one was at the bar, the kitchen had closed because there were no activity and so we had to order delivery. The peopler are nice and everything is pretty new and clean and shiny but it feel pretty lonely...

FANTASTIC New Hotel!
This new property is a GEM! Spotless, fabulous service and DELICIOUS breakfast with sous vide eggs, fresh baked scones and muffins, waffles and crispy bacon. The perfect place to stay in downtown Ashtabula! The GM gave us lots of restaurant recommendations and they were all on point. The bar at the top of the hotel has garage doors that open to a spectacular view. The beds were very comfortable, lots of pillow choices and the shower had great water pressure. Highly recommend.

The Riverview is better than the rest!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect as it is close to water, parks, and great food. The staff was very helpful and changed our room to meet our daughter's accessibility needs. The view was spectacular. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. To top all of this, our breakfast was one of the best we've ever had in a hotel. Absolutely delicious. Fresh muffins, yogurt parfaits, egg bacon cups and fresh fruit with great coffee. Definately will be back.

I was happy until upon check in I was told that the sky bar was closed due to a wedding. It was the only reason why we came that weekend. Highly disappointed. Then the breakfast was not ready, had to leave the hotel to eat.
