The staff at the reception were so friendly and service minded. We got the wrong room type by mistake at first, but they switched the room immediately. However, the new room was awful. It seemed like no one had been there for days, and the fridge still had some food and a bottle of Koskenkorva from the previous guest. My bed was crooked so when I laid on my back, the bed was tilting towards the right side, and the garbage was broken in the bathroom so the lid fell off every time we used it. The breakfast was, however, really great and there was no line at the egg station where you can ask for omelette or fried eggs. The location was also great for us as we had a party 250m away, and there were so many great thrift stores near by!! But I would probably choose another hotel next time. I would be afraid to get the same room again with the crooked bed. I am sure I could have asked for a new room AGAIN but I was embarressed to ask for another switch, and too tired to get up again (it was midnight when I went to bed and noticed what was wrong). We had already unpacked everything and we were only staying for two nights so we stayed but I slept poorly and had back issues for a few days. So just ask for a room switch if you get this room (318) - the hotel was otherwise very nice.
