Dreadful experience.
Terrible experience. Rude, unhelpful and aggressive staff. Arrived at 3 in the afternoon. No one at reception. Used the intercom and advised to come back at 6 PM. After an extended discussion a code was provided to our mobile phone to open the front door and door to our room. The code and following 2 codes all did not open the door. The female we spoke to was very rude and someone was heard laughing in the background when the code did not work. Eventually we were provided a code that worked. Then that code did not open the room. So a further carry on. At 8.30 PM received a call in the room when we were asleep. female stated I had to attend the reception straight away to provide our passports “otherwise you will have to leave”!!! Got out of bed attended the reception and the female demanded I pay 30 euros to her in cash for breakfast even though breakfast was clearly advertised and indicated as included on the booking. I showed her my booking which she said she “I do not care what is there you pay me 30 euros”. I did not pay and she virtually threw my passports at me. The following morning when booking out and to pay the city tax the same situation but this time far more aggressive. This female stated I had to pay, she refused to accept the information I showed her on my booking. I requested her name and she call the manager which she refused. When leaving she abused me in Italian. Tea bags coffee pods charged at 1.50 euros EACH. Room not like the photos.
