Location, location, location! Surprisingly, very quiet. Lovely decorated with antiques making it a befitting cozy accommodation. Our room was a bit dark as it had no balcony and the window faced another building close by. Water issues leaking from the above unit on two occasions, but staff was very responsive.

If you are looking for a site without climbing up stairs in the street this is it off the main road near Pile Gate, room itself is fine. No other service, it’s called bed and breakfast but no breakfast or coffee service. Clean and convenient

We booked due to another accommodation falling through last minute. The space was perfect for three people to share. It is located right in the old town, which is central to everything one would wan to see in Dubrovnik. It was clean, the AC worked great, and there was shampoo, soap, etc. provided. The host was easy to communicate with over what's app and gave excellent instructions on how to find the place. I felt safe, the space was fantastic, and it was very quiet despite being in the hustle and bustle. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
