Beautiful property. Went in late April and it wasn't crowded. I wish there were more on-site dining options, but we enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful, the rooms were well-kept and had great views. We would stay here again.

There were a lot of positives about our stay, but to be clear, this is NOT a hotel. It is an owner condominium complex. There was no housekeeping or room service. We had to call each day for towels and then pack up our old towels to give them. It was extremely awkward and not what we thought we were paying for. You are expected to bring your trash down the hall to a chute, which could be locked if full. When this happened to us, we called the front desk and asked them to pick up the trash bags we left outside our room, which they never did until we called again and were told we’re not supposed to leave trash in the hallway. We weren’t given any information about the place upon arrival, so we had no idea where everything was or what was available. Overall, we liked the beach access and family friendly pool environment, but the staff wasn’t welcoming or friendly and when we booked this place we thought it was a hotel and paid a lot of money thinking we were getting hotel services. We would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone expecting the same.

We were supposed to have had a house rented, but just hours before out arrival the host canceled on us… we found this place and upon our arrival we were treated like royalty! Lile, the hotel manager made sure that we were completely taken care of. The entire staff was the absolute beat and the property is as close to heaven as it gets! Thanks to everyone on site!!!

Lovely hotel. Beautiful views on all sides, great location and the amenities are great. Downsides were parking (the lot at Konea was always packed — I ended up parking 10min up the road) and lost and found communication was a mess: Go to the bellhop. No, the bellhop at the other building. Bellhop calls a lost and found number and looks at you crazy because you could have just called this number (would have been helpful to know) and tells you someone probably took your stuff. 😵‍💫

I have been to Maui many times. I felt this hotel was dirty, old and had a lack of services. They have extra charges for everything. Limited food, shopping and customer services there. Never stay there again.
