Nightmare
Worse experience of my trip ever. First they made me pay in cash after i had paid online with prebooking. They denied being partners with hotels.com despite their hotel advertising being on hitels.com and after i told them that they made.pay twice, they refused to give me refund and asked that i should deal with hotels.com myself to get the refund. They made the same breakfast everyday and didn't make any changes at all. They made me pay extra for drinking water and they said it wasn't part of the breakfast service. Most of the services advertised on hotels.com were not available :(
