Nice view and nice room- but too many service issu
Numerous elevators out of service; crowded with waits; Pages of texts to management begging for housekeeping to come. They came 2 days out of 6. Had to ask for basic items repeatedly like towels, water, removing trash. they said they were understaffed, and it was the holiday, but it was significant and impactful on enjoying the property. Ultimately my resort fee got removed and they gave me a $50 food credit. Today there were no chairs left at pool, and as I circled, I ended up bumping my toe on a chair and broke it. Not blaming the hotel, but if it wasn’t so crowded and having issues, I wouldn’t have been put in that situation of navigating between chairs.

Our experience here was top notch. It’s not for the faint of heart price wise, but worth every penny in my opinion. The rooms were clean and modern and the pool and beach area were spectacular. I am VERY picky about hotels and I would absolutely recommend it. We had a few families with small children during our stay and they were all very happy as well.

Add written update resort fee and $300 incidental
Birthday gift. Paid in full before check in. Hotels.com 72969624308488 gave a property fee and as a Hilton member 3172362048 I made a budget for the amount along with parking and possible add on for Hilton resort fee per the written information within both website or invoices. Unknown to me there was an additional $300 hold request for incidentals nothing was in writing for that amount. Very disappointing and an uncomfortable feeling for going until a birthday the next day. Front desk helped offer another hold amount but then I was charged $30-$40 more than what was discussed. Also, ocean view room with balcony requested very dirty glass balcony panels and water leaked from the top floors all-day. Not a good feeling when our windows he balcony.

1 room excellent the other, a low quality motel
Staff was great, we rented two rooms for one night. room 1811 was ok at best for the price. Soap scum and black mold through the shower, exhast fan didnt work nor did all of the lights and the bathroom door didnt latch. Not to mention the dried blood on the bed frame near the balcony... the second room 19 somthing rented was imaculate.

When we got there, we were told we had to pay 150 dollar deposit a night. We were shocked! I had to tell the receptionist no way. So she worked with us, and she ended up charging us 200 dollars for the deposit and 62 dollars a night for the valet. Mind you, we already spent almost 1000 dollars for the 3 nights when we booked the hotel online. So we checked in and went to the room. When we got there, the room was preoccupied. We went back downstairs. We told her what had happened. She apologized & upgraded our room & gave us something bigger. The room was pretty clean, the bathroom, the sink & the bath tub not so much, but overall it wasn’t the worst. So we checked out and we never got our deposit money back. When I asked, they said they had to charge us a resort fee, plus the valet. We will never go there again.
