Helpful staff from check-in to checkout, especially the guard who offered an umbrella from the door to the grab car while it was pouring rain. Have already booked for next week upon my return from an overseas side trip.

From Joy of Las Vegas and family Thank you—from the security at the gate, to the front desk, and to Carlo—our check-in was so easy and the whole staff were incredibly friendly. This was our first time staying at a hotel in the Philippines, and we were not disappointed. Everything went smoothly and made our arrival comfortable and worry-free. We truly appreciate your warm welcome and excellent service. Thank you again, and we look forward to staying with you on our next vacation. Warm regards, Joy and family

I have stayed in some of the most expensive hotels and resorts all over the world! I have never met a better staff of people working in one place. I felt like family! As a TikTok content creator and a retired automotive executive, I value customer service and they are five stars. The one thing that up set me was they don’t have any ugly people working for them. The are beautiful inside and outside! “The Jamaican Traveler “.
