The apartment was great, everything you could need and leads on to the beach. We are very familiar with Dubai so everywhere is easy to get to, local restaurants to walk to or jump in a taxi to venture out. Biggest negative sadly was with the management company services for the apartment. The air conditioning didn't work the whole time we were there, despite us asking everyday and sending photos of the temperature. Promised someone would come out and no one came. Not we we know of companies in Dubai at all, usually they are excellent and helpful. Also there was no helpful directions about how anything worked or simply where things like gabbage shoot location. Directions are a big help when you have a holiday home instead of hotel. We would absolutely stay in the location again. But not in this apartment, not because of the lovely apartment itself, but because of the terrible agency that manage it. Dubai is 40 degrees, you kinda need aircon.
