Location is perfect. Apartments needs atrention to details: -Deep cleaning: balcony plant pot full of cigars? -02 cups were missing? so I could not have a hot drink so I had to buy my own instead. -Bedding & decor needs updating to neutral and relaxing standard for international tourists. Very convenient, quiet apartment.
After being shown to the apartment from the main entrance door I recommend you use the side door to leave and enter as it’s much more convenient. Communication very poor. The messages on the messaging service went unanswered, the WhatsApp number didn’t recognise my mobile so just passed me onto an email address. Email also went unanswered. All I wanted was the wifi password which was allegedly on the online ‘guest area’. There was little to no information on there.

Très bien !
Le logement est très bien placé, en plein centre de Palerme et proche de tout ! Il est très lumineux, très jolie et bien équipé, idéal pour quelques jours. Le check-in était plutôt simple et rapide mais l’arrivée ne se fait pas de manière autonome donc il faut s’accorder sur un horaire. De même quelques précisions auraient pu être donné en amont : il y a deux entrées différentes le GPS ne nous amenait pas devant la bonne entrée , et il faut prévoir du liquide pour régler la taxe de séjour ( pas de cb ). Le check out se fait à 10h et il n’y a pas de conciergerie ou autre lieu pour laisser les valises ensuite. La literie est correcte pour quelques jours mais le lit grince beaucoup. Concernant la salle de bain, la douche fuit beaucoup et la propreté laissait un peu à désirer. La fenêtre du salon ne fermait pas complètement. Ce sont des petits détails, pas vraiment dérangeants pour quelques jours, le rapport qualité prix reste excellent vu l’emplacement !

El alojamiento esta muy bien situado si bien al poner la calefaccion aparece olor a tuberias. La empresa que gestiona el alojamiento es demasiado insistente con los mensajes de check-in. Resulta acosante. Por lo demas la estancia y la ubicación muy buena.
