The great things: the man who works the evening shift, the comfy pillows and bed.
The not so great things: On arrival in our room, we found a lot of dirt (food, threads, grass) on the carpet, as well as dirt in the elevators and hallways. The next morning at breakfast, I informed the desk clerk of our room number and asked her to see that it was vacuumed. I also showed her a picture of the (small) pile of trash in the corner by the elevator on the second floor and recommended it be cleaned up. We returned to our room that night, and found that it had been "cleaned" but the room had still not been vacuumed, and the whole room smelled like sewage. I talked to the wonderful, friendly man at the desk again, and he managed to find us a new room, even though the hotel was fully booked. The first two photos are the second day, the last three are the first day.
