Staff were very communicative and responsive and the hotel itself was beautiful. The air conditioning was fantastic which is tough to find when traveling in Europe. One kind man at reception noticed my 8 year old son playing chess and chatted to him about it, which was very sweet. Only off thing is that the day after we checked in, the hotel searched me and viewed my profile on LinkedIn?? I have never had this happen and it felt intrusive and a bit creepy to me. Why would they be curious about me enough to actually google me the morning after I checked in? Knowing they searched me put an odd cloud over my stay, which was a bummer since everything else was great.

This was the absolute best stay I’ve ever had in Rome. The staff were amazing, Had a bit of a mixup at check-in however they made up for that tenfold. shout out to the best bartender in the business… I’ve stayed here twice and I will definitely make it a third in the fall.
