I recently stayes ant Premiere LE REVE and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The team was fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, and always created a fun atmosphere. They truly made the stay memorable. Their enthusiasm and creativity added a special touch to our holiday experience.

Family birthday trip, group of 8, stayed 4nights We had a blast! Very modern and sophisticated hotel. Excellent customer service from all staff, very polite and attentive at all times. Comfortable & clean rooms with all necessities at your fingertips. Housekeeping were very good. Clean swimming pool, sufficient lounge chairs, great bar staff. Good restaurant selection on site all decorated to high standard with great atmosphere, The pool table was a great hit for many in the group, we had a lot of fun!! Would fully recommend this hotel to all types of travellers! Well done Hyatt Regency Cairo West! Hope to visit again soon!

Horrible

It was an horrible stay. I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and paid in advance. When we arrive around 11pm they said that they haven’t received the money from hotels.com and asked us to pay again. I showed by bank account from where the amount was paid, it was clearly showing that the payment was done and received. They said that as we used hotels.com it is not their business. I totally refused to pay again and start calling hotels.com. 5 minutes later they said that everything was ok and the payment received…. Which is weird as no payment can be received after 6 pm. When it comes to the taxi from the hotel !!!! This is insane, we paid 83€. (86usd) to go to our place and once our meeting was done we took a regular taxi from the same place to reach the hotel and we paid 6€…… this is not honest and I do not recommend this hotel at all !!!!

O café da manhã foi uma grata surpresa com opções de omeletes personalizados. Todas as manhãs gentilmente preparavam omelete apenas de claras com salmão para mim, simplesmente delicioso. Amei a academia, a limpeza impecável e o suporte do recepcionista que nos ajudou com absolutamente tudo inclusive nos auxiliando a pedir um uber local. Ao adentrar no hotel existe uma maquina de raio x tamanha a preocupação com a segurança dos hospedes.

Zona scomoda e no privacy in bagno

Viaggio di coppia per turismo al cairo: 50 minuti dal centro, davvero troppo scomodo e isolato. Il bagno (zona toilette) è diviso dalla stanza solo con una porta vetro che non raggiunge neppure il soffitto, perciò non isola minimamente odori o rumori , veramente inaccettabile per la privacy. Una delle piscine era inutilizzabile a causa dell’acqua putrida.

Très bel hôtel avec tout le confort nécessaire. Quelques points d’amélioration au niveau du house keeping : nous avons dû les appeler chaque jour car il manquait des choses dans la chambre (serviettes, papier toilette,…). Peut-être ajouter davantage de transats autour de la piscine pour éviter les déplacements de transats tout au long de la journée.
