I had a bad experience at this hotel apartment. Although I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia, upon my arrival with my family the hotel receptionist told me that my reservation was canceled as it was not confirmed! Then they offered me a downgraded room with a price higher than my original reservation! When I requested to see a manager, the receptionist told me he’s the one in charge! After check in, no one even cared to tell us about the hotel facilities. Completely unprofessional staff and terrible check in experience. I won’t go back again

If you are visiting Cairo, make sure you make it your priority to stay here. The mall is literally a 2 minute walk and has a lot of good restaurants in there. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!

Another wonderful stay
Once again, a very pleasant stay in prime residence, this is my second time staying in a 2+1 apartment, we felt like home and we had a very comfortable stay for 6 nights. The apartment is really cozy and serviced to the comfort of everyone staying in. The team was very nice, and all our request were met with a smile and quick response, thanks to Me. Hazem and his team. The area is full with restaurants ( within walking distance) and using uber and careem can get you anywhere in Cairo. I will definitely comeback again to prime residence next time we visit cairo. Keep up the good work.
