No hot water for our 2 night stay!! We ended up having to endure cold showers. No eggs at breakfast…and I’ll looking sausage. It was graduation at Ft Leonard Wood so no other hotels were available to move to. Will never stay here again!

When checking in the woman at the front desk was nice, cannot remember her name. She left after our check-in. After that each employee we encountered seemed bothered by us for simply asking questions. They were also rude towards my children. The hot water in the bathroom barely worked. Two out of the five of us were able to take a hot shower while staying here.
