More like a motel, long term stays. Floor was sticky in bedroom, no shampoo only soap in bathroom. Sofa falling apart, not sure why they bother keeping it in the room as this contributes to a lower rating. Bed covers too thin. Not a Hampton if your looking for that. More like a motel 6.

Very upset. No one ever came to clean our room, pick up, or even replace the trash the 4 days I was there. No sheets were cleaned either. And excuse me, I have to pay for more clean towels???? I was meeting up with friends who rented an airbnb in the champions area, and this was the perfect hotel to stay! It was very clean and quiet , and i felt safe! Publix right next to it , and not to far from the parks and Disney Springs. The price was great, no hidden surprises!

The property was pretty clean, side doors were unlocked at night, some of the guests were smoking marijuana behind the hotel, the property was out of bathroom tissue, and it was somewhat noisy.
