I would not recommend this resort at all! They only care about the families with children….children run around wild at this resort and they will not even let u get tipsy!!! Drinks are watered down and they don’t even have signature drinks smh…. If u ask for a shot the put ice in them bc they said it’s a family oriented resort!!! What does having a shot have to do with that … I paid for a full ocean view and they put me in a partial view ocean room … when I complained about it the guy simply asked me if I could still see the ocean …wow the nerve …I’m pissed bc I paid an extra cost for the full view and didn’t get it … and while chatting with some friends that were there they had the same complaints and the water was hit or miss bc it was freezing cold

I didn't like that once you arrived people at the front desk tries to get you to upgrade your room and after that you sit down with someone else that tries to sells something like a time share. After getting off a plane I want to unwind and get ready for my vacation not to discuss anything about spending more money. Also my room had an awful unbearable smell (moldy) that wouldn't go away. It must have been based off the location of my room.

When we arrived at this property, we waited almost an hour to be checked in. (We were preferred members) We didn’t wait because there were many people waiting to be checked in, we waited so long because we were forgotten about/no one “told” the check in staff we were there to check in. Overall, the hotel was nice but we have stayed at better resorts. Our room had a water leak on the roof and it started falling down through on our second day. The elevator was out of service for 2 days out of our 5 day stay, and we got harassed by the UVC representatives. I just will not be returning here in the future.

We traveled with 6 and 9 years old sons and we loved all the pools, waterslides, lazy river, hot tub, and water slider. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and food was very good overall. We especially enjoyed the seafood restaurant. Illusion show was also awesome! We’d like to thank all the staff for making our family trip so memorable and fun!
