Pros: The staff were kind and helpful. Located right on Orchard Road, so very close to everything especially the MRT.
Con’s: The hotel amenities in the Superior room that I was assigned to were lacking. The tub was somewhat rusty, shower pressure was poor, the shower curtain had unknown gunk stuck to it, no robes provided, the air conditioner seems to not be working at 18C and the ongoing construction outside was too loud to ignore even past 6pm.

It was my favourite hotel in Singapore but this time I arrived and they started up selling me - I paid the extra but after a days travel I realised the upgrade was blah - if you want to take my money for an upgrade me give me more options - give me club room options..... was I not good enough?
So I upgraded and then got a room similar to my last stay which had the club room access - I would have liked to be thought of for such things

Great base for a 48 hour stopover in Singapore. Easy bus or train from the airport and hotel had everything we needed nearby. Great size room with plenty of room for luggage and a big bathroom.

Hotel location is in Orchard so consider that price paid it is good. Service is really bad, I rang 3-4 times to front desk during my stay, no one pick up the phone until I got frustrated and went down to confront the reception staff...and to understand they are short handed...
Hygiene is quite okay, didn't get to try the breakfast so no comments, that's all
