Outstanding hotel in every way except not being fully made aware of the service charge being added to my bill until after it had gone through on my card. Bit disappointed as this was not made absolutely clear at time of check in. Can not fault anything else.

Unique hotel in centre of Memphis
In many respects the Peabody hits the spot. It is a lovely hotel in a central location, and provides a complete range of traditional hotel facilities as well as the “famous” Peabody ducks. BUT, and this is a big but, the en suite bathrooms are ridiculously small. I don’t think we have ever stayed at any hotel with such small bathroom - totally unacceptable I’m afraid. Maybe they are in course of renovating the in room facilities, but I strongly recommend checking before you book. Any more than one night with that bathroom and you would be climbing the walls - literally...

Our room was not made up till after 3:00 pm. When it was, it still needed vacuuming, dusting, and the ice bucket hadn't been emptied.

Close to Beale street
Up market hotel. But this one is very greedy. If your staying in a hotel of this level you can expect to pay high prices.
But the Peabody goes a little bit to far.

Best hotel we have been at in a while. Worth seeing the ducks. Quick walk to Beale st. Half block/alley walk from Rendezvous for great bbq
We will stay here again if passing through the area!
Only negative is older hotel so no coffee maker or fridge in room if you expect those amenities.

Lovely hotel. Surprisingly busy in an area that is actually so quiet. BUT, the ducks, ah the ducks are a huge attraction. I'm not sure about that whole duck tradition though.....

Absolutely stunning
The hotel is beautiful,
Lots of attention to detail like the ducks on the toilet paper, butter in the morning in the shape of ducks, make remover cloth so you don’t get make up all over the lovely white towels, the duck show was great and the staff were very friendly, definitely the hotel I would go back to in Memphis and the best location.

The best hotel experience I've had. To every detail, this is a luxury atmosphere where the priority of the hotel is comfort and convenience. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed: the Lobby Bar, great pool and our massages at Feathers Spa were a delight. Some rooms are undergoing renovation right now, so construction noises before 8 a.m. would be my only complaint - but the hotel did provide ear plugs in the room with a nice little note about the construction and to be fair, construction is a necessary evil. But definitely worth splurging a little on the price, highly recommend.
