The property was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The breakfast was a little meager, but good enough. The facility is older and in need of some attention (paint chipping, plaster peeling) but was very clean! It will be my go to hotel for Knoxville stays especially in the summer because the outdoor pool was lovely! There are also lots of restaurants very close by, a really nice liquor store, and a grocery store. With it being so close to the interstate, it was a very quick Lyft ride into downtown.

The front desk staff was polite and super friendly HOWEVER we only had one pillow on the bed and 2 towels. When we asked for more towels we were told they couldn’t get us any. 2 towels for 4 people.
