My goto hotel for the past 3 or 4 years...Billy & Kay are 1st class hosts who are always very welcoming...This accommodation is spotlessly clean and very homely...The en suite facilities are excellent and the beds are always cosy...The breakfast is always the highlight for me with plenty of options and always cooked with fresh products...10/10 everytime.

Excellent experience.

Superb hosts and a lovely place to stay. Room was homely and very clean with lots of snacks and hot drink options at no extra cost. Breakfast was also included with lots of choice and a great standard. Would not hesitate to book again.

A quaint stop outside of Edinburgh. The little village is about ten minutes away. Just one block with a shop for essentials and a train station . Lovely hosts and a good breakfast. You meet all sorts of people at the morning dining table ;-)

Lovely stay such a beautiful property! The hosts are brilliant and breakfast is delicious with lots of options! They genuinely cater for everything. We had the ground floor room. Every little thing you can think of is in the room. It's spacious and clean. We loved our stay.

A fantastic place to stay immaculately kept with all the facilities you could want. Biscuits, tea, coffee, even chocolates on your pillow. Wonderful choice of breakfast starting with fresh fruit and then a full menu. Only advice is to organise an information sheet and a little key safe so people who are arriving late can self-check in as I have kidney failure and had to do the drive to Scotland just under 5 hours in one go without a stop in order to make it in time which puts a lot of pressure on me.

SUCH nice owners - we loved staying and the room was so comfortable with many small touches to make you feel right at home. Breakfast was honestly the best Scottish breakfast ever!!! Delicious. Eggs, bacon, tomatoes, black pudding and haggis. Thank you so much and a treat to meet your gorgeous dogs too. 150% recommend

Jeg bodde her en natt ifm bilreise i UK Jeg ble meget godt mottatt og ivaretatt av huseier som driver B&B Huset og rommet var MEGET flott. Selve rommet hadde god størrelse og var komfortabelt. Badet var lite, men tilstrekkelig. Begge rom var godt vedlikeholdt og rengjort. Vannkoker med kaffe, te og kjeks, TV og WIFI er tilgjengelig, men ikke AC. En rikholdig og meget god frokost inkl stort utvalg av varmretter er inkludert 😋😋😋 Parkering skjer inne på området (inkludert) Stedet ligger litt isolert til, så en er avhengig av transport for å nå spisesteder, severdigheter etc

Check in open between 4.30 - 8.00pm - I called in early to ask for a later check in - was shown my room, given front door key to let myself in. Very accommodating. Great breakfast choices too. This was a great last minute booking - a wee gem of a place.

Had a beautiful stay here and our room was lovely as the lovely lounge area,also lovely dining room. Breakfast was Fantastic and plentiful. Travelled from Australia and will let people know when back home about this beautiful place,owners were very kind and hospitable.... A very clean well kept property, managed and maintained by a lovely friendly couple, making it feel like a home from home. The room was fitted out better than some high end hotel chains and was very comfortable. Best nights sleep ive had in years.
