Overall, the hotel is clean and quiet. Staff are nice. I stayed in this hotel several times over the years. What prompts me to book in this hotel is its proximity to the airport, its cleanliness, safety and security, and the breakfast buffet. Though my last booking, I noticed the breakfast buffet was not impressive. Likely because there were few guests. Hopefully, it was just this one time.

Close to airport, has rooftop pool and two restaurants but there is no outdoor green space or any areas to walk. You need to take a taxi to go anywhere. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is next door to international hospital. Good place for an overnight stay. Good buffet breakfast included in the hotel rate.

Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Having a place to get dinner upstairs on thebroof was very nice as well. I cannot say enough about how much i loved my stay there. The staff at the Maayo hotel was very helpful and did a great job on all aspects of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk and porters quickly helped with check in and check out and transport. The food in the two restaurants we ate in was delicious and large portions. The chefs did very well. Breakfast buffet was one of the best i have had in more than 40 years of traveling.Pool was great a unique view, and staff there were great. Freindly staff, great food, excellent rooms. Would definitely recommend when staying in Cebu, the Maayo Hotel!

It's changed some since my last visit. Mainly the dining, it used to have a wonderful buffet for all 3 meals, now just a limited buffet for breakfast. We had to extend our stay, which was more expensive per day than original booking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, rooms are better than most area hotels, and food is excellent in dining areas.
