If you just need somewhere to sleep and affordable I think this place is pretty good. And it is in Kensington you can walk to natural history museum, science museum and Victoria art museum. Lobby is nice, just grab you laptop and do what you need to do. I find it pretty quiet, everybody busy with them self.

Extremely comfortable and clean, excellent location right next to the tube station for District and Piccadilly lines. Staff were professional and efficient and amenities were great. Bathroom and bedroom spotless and up to standard. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend to others!

Dirty, loud, dark, uncomforatble. Good for tube

Basement room thay was dark, dirty and noisy from the tube line underneath. No iron, had to ask at Reception and then struggled with the iron and ironing board theough 3 doors, a lift and two flighst of stairs and multiple tight corners to our room. Tall tiny window with roller blind that didnt properly shut so bright in the morning. Bed had one side againsr the wall which are SO thin, and very uncomforatble bed. Dirty bathroom and poorly closing doors, stiff taps. Staff seem quiet and hide. Great convenient location but wont be coming back unless a better room is available here.

Stayed at this property twice during a 30 day European trip. My second room was very small and set up very awkwardly. This hotel is clean with a great location and a nice bathroom. I love that they have coffee, tea and water in the lobby. They have a lift. :)

My stay was a mixed bag. The room was clean which was good. However it was very tiny. For two people to stay in our room we could not move around freely without the other having to stay on the bed. The bed itself was horrible. It was very worn down to the point where you rolled into holes where you could feel the springs. The back pains from the sleep stayed with me during the three days we stayed there. The wifi is also in need of some improvements. It was a spotty experience.

We found bedbugs in our room and when we brought it to managements attention they got aggressive and REFUSED to give us a refund. We are still in the process of trying to get our money back and they haven’t responded to any of our emails. DO NOT STAY HERE

Cool Design, Minimalist Comforts

High points of our stay were the contemporary renovations of the lobby and bathrooms. They are sleek and modern styled interiors of wood paneling, wrap-around leather banquets and seating. Bathrooms are colored subway tile and beautiful minimalist bathroom sink and glass shower enclosures give a designer touch. The office carpeting and fake wood armoires in the bedrooms are typical of a budget accommodation. Limited furniture fits a minimalist esthetic, yet isn’t practical for most types of traveler’s needs. They would benefit greatly with a fresh exterior paint job and new marquee to match interior renovations
