i liked that it had a bowling alley and 3 underground level parking on site. many bars and restaurants on site. breakfast was superb. the staff was also very prompt and extremely helpful and polite especially as they have many renovation in progress.

Mixed feelings with this return visit

The hotel is getting close to renovation. After four visits the deterioration in quality and service is very clear. The bed duvets are super warm so you need to sleep with open windows in the middle of the winter. The spa is sparsely staffed so lights and temperatures are not checked, nor the kids hours. The upscale restaurant food has been splendid past visits but this year we sent food back to the kitchen and left a lot at the plates. The Junior chef is not up to the task, with exception of the desserts that were ok.

El sofa tenía unas manchas horribles que hacían imposible sentarse por el asco que daban. Avisados en recepción, se limitaron a darle la vuelta al cojín, con la cremallera hacia fuera. Es como si nos tomaran el pelo. Además la calefacción estaba tan alta que no pudimos descansar por el calor insoportable y la nula posibilidad de regulación por termostato.

Rigtig fint ophold, god morgenmad. Dejligt man kunne få opladet sin bil. (Der er lav loftshøjde i P-kælderen, hvilket de advarer mod, men der er en kant hvor man parkerer, som er endnj lavere og desuden ru, den kan bagklappen gå op i og den ridser. Her kunne de godt sætte noget på, så den ikke ridsede, skulle uheldet med bagklappen være ude.)

Kesän vaellusmatka

Kahden makuuhuoneen ja kylpyhuoneen huone oli oikein tilava, siisti ja mukava. Hotellin huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia, joten se oli miinus, sillä +30 helteellä, huone oli todella kuuma. Pyynnöstä saimme huoneeseen puhaltimia. Huone olisi ilmastoinnin lisäksi pientä kunnostusta vailla, mm toinen poreammeemme ei toiminut, käsisaippua oli rikki ym pientä. Nämä eivät kuitenkaan matkamme pilanneet. Exclusive huoneeseen kuuluva aamupala oli loistava. Myös hotellin sijainti ja maisemat olivat upeat. Yksi vastaanotossa työskentelvä nainen oli todella ystävällinen ja osasi englantia hyvin. Kaikenkaikkiaan perheemme piti hotellista paljon.

La verdad es que hemos estado genial estos 5 días, el trato del personal de 10, instalaciones buenas la pena que justo esta semana el spa estaba cerrado pero por lo demás todo de 10 volveremos

Spa staff were extremely rud le and they don’t make it easy or comfortable to use the facility. We stayed in the 5* part of the hotel but they can’t even help with luggage and food wasn’t great. Also room was dirty and dated. Other staff friendly and location great for ski lift.

Merveilleux séjour

Un séjour fabuleux avec un personnel prévenant et aux petits soins. Un restaurant merveilleux avec des plats surprenants et délicieux dans un cadre idyllique. Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. Un hôtel calme et luxueux. Des prestations haut de gamme. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en el hotel. Las instalaciones y la oferta de ocio así como el trato siempre atento de todo su personal (tanto de recepción como del restaurante Luis XV) han sido especialmente destacables. Los desayunos y cenas incluidos en la media pensión han sido espectaculares. Sin duda, repetiremos y lo recomendaremos.

La suite étais magnifique avec salle de bain avec le jacuzzi idéale par contre a des moments ils y avait des remonté d odeur d égouts sinon petit déjeuner tres bon voila je conseille cette hotel la suite

Haut de gamme

Un séjour fabuleux dans un hôtel aux prestations haut de gamme. Nous avons profité du spa, de la salle de sport, de la salle de jeux, du bar, du restaurant. Le personne d’accueil est on ne peut plus serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. David notamment qui nous a conseillé plusieurs sites de randonnées et qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréable. Une délicate attention nous attendait en chambre avec une bouteille et des douceurs. Un petit déjeuner dans une salle somptueuse avec des produits frais et délicieux, des plats chauds fait minute. Notre chambre avait une literie douce et confortable, une salle de bain spacieuse. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés.
