Absolutely excellent. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. We traveled with our son who has special needs with his food and the hotel was well prepared for everything when we arrived. All the hotel staff were extremely nice but most especially to Magda and Elvin(?) from the Concierge/Reception. They were absolutely incredible. Thank you again, Andorra Park Hotel. We shall definitely return.

Very poor service.
This is a nice hotel in a nice location but no service at all. We arrived and were offered no help with our bags at all, despite there being a porter there. We then lugged our suitcases up the hill whilst the porter showed us to the door :/ For a hotel trying to sell Cartier sunglasses, you need to make it feel like more than 3* service! Wouldn’t come back as I like good service, which is a shame as the room was lovely.
