After long day of activities coming to our room to relax you find that you have, no view, no wifi, no tv. Dining is VERY limited. Either tacos or nachos. The restaurant takes no same day reservations. Walk-ins are welcome but you have to wait at least an hour. I would pay bit extra to stay by Old Faithful. Or at the West Entrance for sure.

Overall very nice...except bathroom very small!
The shower was the only problem. I'm not a big man, but I bumped my elbows and head several times. The shower was so small, I literally had to push the shower curtain out when bending over to wash my lower body etc... causing the floor and bath mat to get soaked in front of the shower.

No house keeping service
Great place overall. Beautiful view of the lake. Disappointed that we did not get any housekeeping services during our 3 nights stay. FYI, no WiFi in the room just in the registration building.

Pretty bare bones hotel. No wifi or TV. The park was closing down for the season so not too many amenities open nearby. Check in was great but in my experience ALL park employees were great.

The cost of the rooms are expensive and in October the facilities are limited and mostly closed. No tv, scarce internet but if you do it right you are so tired sleeping is all you want to do. Considering the remoteness of the lodge it was good.

Not Quite What We'd Hoped For
The room looked much better online than in person so we opted to leave after 1 night. The room was cramped & dark; no lobby; loud; no where to sit and enjoy the outside. and tired. But the staff members in the main building and nearby dining hall were wonderful!

I reviewed property previously. The picture that is with my review is not the picture of the room we were given. We had one bed and no table or chairs just an armoire at the end of the bed with little room to walk around

It was a great place. I would have thought there would have a fining room rather than just cafeteria style food.

Beautiful view of the Yellowstone Lake from the dining rooms. I am by no means a picky person when it comes to accommodations because when we go on a trip we do not spend a lot of time in the room. With that being said the rooms were very small with minimal lighting. I suggest bringing a flashlight or headlamp. There is very little room to walk around the end of the bed. The armoire that was there for the coffee maker had no lights in it so spillage happened every time you tried to put water in the back. When asked about cleaning the room they stated this is done every four days. I will say that when I caught a staff member outside our room, I was able to get more coffee, sugar and creamer along with clean towels. Having our room cleaned every day is not a biggie for us but having the ability to call and get fresh towels etc. is. We stayed with two other couples and when they called for supplies they were turned down. They ended up having to find staff to get supplies. The restaurants have a very limited menu and are pricey. Unfortunately, you are not very close to other properties with restaurants and no microwaves in the room to be able to buy heat and go items. There is one shared microwave in the lobby where you check in but that is a separate building from the rooms. Just as an FYI there is only WIFI available in their lobby and is very hard to connect to. We can now say we stayed in the park but would not recommend Grant Village.

There was only one dining option and it was an expensive restaurant with a very long wait. It was cold and dark by the time we finished eating, and we got lost in the dark trying to find our cabin. Not much is open.

You must stop at registration to get room keys. The room cost over $300 but there is no elevator, and we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor. That’s ridiculous. The Royal Cup coffee you get in your room is weak. There is no A/C but a fan. We didn’t need it but what about people who stay during the summer? The décor was in keeping with the park—a picture of the Grand Prismatic Spring and one with a bear. The bed, table, chairs, and shower were of good quality. I liked the souvenir soap in the shape of a bear. The room had a fridge but no freezer and no microwave (fail!). Wifi was only in the lobby, not in the rooms. It was expensive for what it had to offer, except location, location, locating--in the park near points of interest.

I like the staff in the reception, very good and nice service. I did not find the restaurant finally, seems the signs are not so clear. And the room is so dark.
