We’re staying here for 4 nights, wonderful environment and considerate amenity to all the guests. The staff are friendly but not speak English at all, mostly likely to communicate with body language. To be concluded, it’s a lovely holiday hotel that I would come again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and the service was terrible. The staff cannot speak English. There are five people staying in the same room but there were only two pieces of key cards. 五日間お世話になりました。スタッフの皆さまの対応をはじめ、お食事やお部屋の設備など、とても満足できる滞在でした。 一点気になったのは、210号室のクーラーの効きがやや弱く、夜は生ぬるい風が出ることがありました。ただ、テラスのお風呂に設置されているクーラーの風を部屋に送り込むことで快適に過ごせました。 また、ドリンクサービス（ジュースやお酒の飲み放題）は大変ありがたかったです。できればジュース・お水・炭酸などは24時間利用でき、紙コップのみオッケーで対応していただけるとさらに嬉しいと思いました。 朝食も美味しかったのですが、ご飯のおかずのバリエーションがもう少し変わると、より楽しめると感じました。 全体としては大満足で、また機会があればぜひ利用させていただきたいです。
