The entire facility was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming across all parts of the hotel, and it was a perfect "home base" for a hockey game at Nationwide Arena. 100/10.

Good staff, nice room, no microwave which I thought unusual. Nice place but when I went to check out I played my pillow on the chair by front desk and forgot it after checking out. Called next morning and they didn’t have it so pretty sure they threw it out which they should have put in lost and found!

I will always chose to stay at the Hilton Columbus Downtown, it is so beautiful inside, clean and the front desk is amazing. Columbus is beautiful and clean and the hotel is walking distance to so much I can’t wait to plan my next trip here I will only book with them!
