Night out at the Hard Rock
Cecilia greeted us at the front desk. She was very helpful in telling us the best way to get to Hard Rock Cafe as well as what was good on the restaurant menu. Hotel room was nice and clean. Loved the Aveda Soap and Shampoo. Although, it would have been nice to have the smaller bottles to take home. We made our way to the bar. Kenia and Cody were nice and made our first stop before heading out enjoyable. We stopped back again for a night cap and they were just as friendly. The next morning we had breakfast. Very good, Codi was our server and made good recommendations. Also spoke to Julius who was in intern and very pleasant to talk to. Thanks for an awesome night at the bank! Only small complaint was the shower curtain may need to be replaced. We understand as we were in a handicap room. Thanks again!

Clean, comfortable, good location, friendly staff
We were told our room was not ready when we arrived, we were there one hr early and then after a whisper, room was ready instantly. Checked in then. Room had an excellent view. Bathroom door did not shut properly. Room was clean. Pillows were all the same too high, two different options would be good. Requests of reception were handled professionally and promptly. Valets were also very helpful, friendly - I would come back just because the valet gentlemen were so helpful.

The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Restaurant was good for breakfast and staff was nice. Location is great for walking the city and so close to the ballpark or the football stadium if you want a good location.
