Best experience ever

It was a great experience for us from the begging. Room was extremely clean and everything was amazing. Rooms have kettle complimentary tea/coffee and water. Breakfast was so delicious and staff was so friendly. I have never had such big private hot tub in a hotel room. Their terrace was amazing for beautiful Cappadocia photos. I would totally recommend the hotel anyone who wants a great experience in Cappadocia.

Wonderful stone room with cool ambient lights. The two guys at the front desk were very helpful. The lady who made breakfast was a pleasure to interact with and the breakfast was good. My balloon operator was able to pick me up at the hotel with no issues.

The room was much bigger and nicer than in the pictures. Very clean and everything looked new. Breakfast was really tasty with many choices. The terrace view was very beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at latona stone palace was excellent, we were so lucky to be at this beautiful new hotel with friendly staff. We loved our stay thanks to Ali, Efe and zeinab for the lovely breakfast. The hotel is in very nice condition with a lovely reception area. Our room was also pleasant, though it's important to note that the standard room category has no window. Unfortunately, the service was a significant letdown. A shampoo container in the shower was broken and fell, which was quite alarming. Despite reporting this to the staff, it was not fixed over our two-day stay. Our room was also not cleaned during this time. The breakfast was average, nothing exceptional. This hotel has good potential, but it needs to seriously improve its responsiveness and basic housekeeping services to match its attractive facilities.

We stayed at Latona Stone Hotel for four nights and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast was very limited – only boiled eggs were included. If you wanted something as basic as an omelette or fried, it came with an extra charge. The same applied to coffee – a latte or cappuccino was not part of the breakfast and had to be paid for separately. Even more concerning was the room service. During my entire stay, the room was not cleaned once. No one came to empty the bins, refresh the towels, or tidy the room at all. The hotel itself looks nice from the outside, but the service did not meet expectations, especially considering the price and the standards usually found in Cappadocia.

Habitación amplia y confortable. Hay una mezquita cerca y molesta mucho, como todas. El aislamiento acústico es notablemente insuficiente, pero la temperatura se mantiene bien en tiempo mas bien frío. Las sábanas son viejas, podrían mejorar mucho en ese aspecto pero la cama es cómoda. El baño es también amplio y cómodo con algún detalle estérico a mejorar, pero todo funcional. El personal muy muy amable. Nos ofrecieron una habitación mejor cuando tuvieron disponibilidad y la mujer del desayuno era especialmente agradable y el último día que teníamos que salir antes de la hora de desayunar nos permitió entrar antes. En general bastante recomendable.
