Check in was easy. Room was very clean with a neutral smell which was perfect for my sensitive nose. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and had a good variety that my family enjoyed. This comfort suite location was superb and definitely recommend.

Room was very clean but had holes in the wall and closet door off hinges, in need of repainting. The girl at the desk when I checked out wouldntmake eye contact and refused to make a copy of the receipt for my stay.The lobby was cozy with a beautiful view.

Hot tub not working

Since you mentioned it, the hot tub was not available. We were extremely disappointed with that. After a 5 hour drive we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub. I dont know if that was a recent issue, but if we would of known we probably would have stayed somewhere else. So its that important. If you advertise a hot tub, you better have it working.

Once quaint, now it ain't!

Is this place going out of business? Our 4th year staying here and it is beyond belief that the owners care about much. Staff is nice enough, but from the roof to the rooms upgrades are sorely needed. The patio is overgrown, Roman type fountain no longer works, and the outside patio resembled an ashtray. Trash overflowing at the side entrance 2 of three days. Someone needs to buy this place and upgrade. Virtually no competition, maybe that's why??

The air conditioner was so loud every time it came on it woke us up we tried to keep it off but it go so hot in there. The sink in the bathroom was dirty. The halls smelled like someone was smoking in the room.. I thought it was smoke free
