Very pleasant stay

Surprisingly pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. I was most impressed with the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff wherever we were, helping us with our luggage, making sure we have a place to park our car, accomodating us wherever we needed help. The room was clean and pleasantly appointed, breakfast was plentiful, and in an attractive setting. This will be our go to hotel from now on.

Stayed one night visiting nearby relatives. Very nice 4 star hotel. Easy 11 min walk from Yitzak Nevon train station. But is in the middle of nowhere and far from restaurants, shops or main Jerusalem sites. Served its purpose well. Only stay if you have business in Kiryat Moshe ( is close to Kinesset and Supreme Court. Otherwise stay in better situated hotel.

De hade fått en skorpa på sig av åldern. Rummet var ojämnt. Vissa delar var nya och fräscha, vissa gamla och slitna. Uttag och duschkranen hängde från väggen. Rummet var tyst, men mycket bullrigt från byggarbetet runtomkring om man öppnade fönstret.

First of all, I booked a double bed and arrived to find two separate beds. They didn’t even bother to place a double mattress or double sheet. When we asked for it, they said it would take time for the staff to come and set it up, but we had a tight schedule and had to leave. We returned late, and by then, there was no service available to make the changes. Additionally, the website stated that the price was final, but when we arrived, we were required to pay additional taxes.

no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. We had to call the reception again and then they had someone sent us a big bottle of shower gel. until the day we checked out, the original bottles of shower gel in the room were still empty..
