The breakfast was very good with a friendly staff member in charge of the breakfast area. :) Our shower was very moldy. Overall cleanliness was not up to par. Sadly, we could not drink or tolerate the water. It smelled overwhelmingly of sulfur. Kwik Trip next door was convenient for drinks and snacks.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There appeared to be poop smeared on the bathroom wall. They moved us rooms but didn’t offer anything else since we booked through hotels.com. Pool room was dirty too. Floors covered in dirt, and I saw 2 band aids. This was at 8am right when the pool opened so we were the first ones so they obviously closed and opened it like that. Also the water features are not functional. The tv service also wasn’t good, kept cutting out. Breakfast was good at least.

For the most part it was good, the cleaning could of been a bit better our floor was dirty, the halls were dirty the elevators were dirty, our bathroom had soap scum in in and the front of the sink was broken.

Shirr drapes were very dirty. Dead Bugs in bathroom light but better than liv bugs in the bed. No dressers. Microwave on a shelf over my head. Only one chair in room to sit upright in. There was a couch but very deep for just sitting but had to use it because bed was just terrible on my back. Not the greatest hotel for sleeping/resting and the price you are charged is very very over priced for what you get!

The room they gave me was disgusting... the bathroom looked like it hadnt even been cleaned because the sticky floor and the new towels. Im pretty sure there was human poop on the walls... There was a really bad weird smell through the room but worse in the bathroom.

Don't Waste Your Time and Money

The check-in part was nice and easy. However, we were not informed about the internet being out until three days into our stay, and it wasn't going to be up and running until after our stay, and that was because we inquired about it. The phone that was provided in the hotel room wasn't even hooked up. The bathroom was not up to our standards. We ended up cleaning the bathroom before using it. It was extremely dusty and smelled of cat urine. While we were moving the furniture when we were trying to find our pet, the floor was covered in dust, food, and Band-Aids. There was a thick layer of dust behind the TV. The carpet was stained. Also, the pool was nothing to brag about. The floor of the pool looks like no one's ever cleaned it. There were spiders in and around the pool. The only part of the hotel that looks decent is the lobby.
