Great staff!

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff. White the room was great, clean, and comfortable the staff was so memorable they made our trip. Thanks to Dawn at breakfast, the two ladies who signed us in for breakfast, Bill, and the door man; we felt very welcomed.

Great hotel!

My daughter and I stayed on the 27th floor. We had a view with both the American and Canadian falls. The hotel is super close to restaurants and the falls- a very easy walk! The only downfall was parking. It was quite expensive to park at the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Falls nicely viewed from the 39th floor.

Certainly glad we upgraded to the family suite. We had an excellent view of the falls. The stay was worth the experience. The breakfast service was ok, but did have better options at cheaper hotels. Room did show age, but was comfortable.

The best view and rooms in the area

This hotel is the BEST! We stayed with our 3 little boys. The pool is warm, the free breakfast was great and the view could not be better. The room was huge and we all had space to spread out and relax after a night of fun. The view was so great I could have stared out the window and never left!

My boyfriend and I went for his birthday. We enjoyed our stay a lot since it was our first time going to canada and seeing niagara falls. The only downside to staying at embassy was how long the elevators take to get to your floor. Sometimes you might have to take stairs to get to a floor. But other than that the stay at embassy was very good.

Beautiful unobstructed view from the suite, however elevators took toooo long! Staff were very friendly and professional. Bed was very uncomfortable - time to replace the mattresses. Parking was expensive for overnight.

Wonderful place to stay.

Overall our stay at the Embassy Suites was excellent, all of the staff was friendly right down to the parking overnight manager who helped us find a good place to get something to eat at 1am. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Food was great, workers were awesome. The only thing I do have to say is the garbage cans were far too small in the rooms.
