Doubletree by Hilton Hotel West Palm Beach Airport
We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree. We got the royal treatment from Connie who did the shuttle. She drove us to downtown and gave us a wonderful tour and told us where to go and what to see. She was fun and so informative. Then we met David in the bar and he was also so friendly and wonderful to talk to. We had an excellent stay, we would stay there again for sure!

The hotel is close to highways. It can be noisy if your room faces the highways. The shuttle bus is not reliable. I scheduled the first shuttle bus to the airport. The driver simply did not show up. Nor could he be reached by phone. This is the worst Double Tree hotel I have stayed at.

TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HURRICANE VICTIMS
I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE DOUBLE TREE HOTEL AGAIN!! My family and I had to evacuate Hurricane Milton which directly hit Tampa FL. I’d paid for 2 days but checked out only staying one night. I came back home to no electricity for 4 days house flooded, mo food and little cash. I was charged for 2 days and they refused to give my money back for the unused day! What a way to take advantage of hurricane victim.

Always a great stay here! Love this hotel.
Always a good stay. The people are great! Love the front desk who knows me by name and the bartender Ken is the very best in the business. I’m starting to see roaches in the rooms my last couple stays but the rooms are always clean and things work well. This is an old property, I understand that’s but that situation should be looked at. Still, no complaints from me. I love staying here. It’s my GoTo in WPB!

I’ve had better, I’ve had worse. Not bad.
Not bad. Overpriced for what it is. Yeah, it’s a Hilton, but it’s average at best. Hotel is definitely dated and could use some updates. Internet isn’t worth the 4.95/night, my hotspot blew the hotel’s internet out of the water. Again - not bad. Staff was mostly nice. The thin male manager with the red hair was a bit short, maybe the area has difficult people. I almost gave the reviews 2 stars; the room did have solid USB charging. The alarm clock has a usb-c charger so that for me alone added the extra star.
