Many things wrong
I was a little ahocked that we got only trash emptied and towel exchange during our stay. No sweeping, mopping, beds made, etc. We didn't even have a broom and dust pan to do it ourselves. One day while we were at the beach, housekeeping had done towel exchange and left our door ajar. We're lucky no one came in to ateal anything. There was also elevator maintenance, main pool closed the first day we were there, our key cards stopped working and had to be reset, and maintenance came up to repair loose railing on the balcony after we had checked in and had been out on the balcony (someone else had requested; we didn't know it was loose).

Beautiful beach area .. customer service at front desk was amazing!! Tiki bar has fabulous drinks… hotel was being renovated in some area of our stay but it was still nice!!!

Just ok
Old hotel, so wasn't expecting great. However, I did not very obvious black mold either. There were also, drinks in the fridge from the previous occupant. We requested a room change and it was given. 2nd room had some issue, but not nearly as bad. Hot water for showers was hit or miss. Either scalding hot or none at all. Had a note in the room to leave a tip. Never have I seen that before. Overall our stay was okay because of the proximity to the bed.

Overall a good stay.
Yes i have enjoyed the stay. Besides kids intervene with the hot tub splashing. Was not the best moment for me. Overall a clear peaceful nature surrounding on the beach is where most count. Even the two lovely ladies at the lobby was upmost professional and nice to their customers. They are well deserved a 10 for me. So in divine timing i will reserve here again.
