"They have one receptionist a women light Long hair She is so agressiv and talks Down to you like you are stupid. I tried to talk with her but she don’t listen to me and don’t Care, and is just not a nice person. Watch out for her."

"The staff in reception were very nice. For us the room was very below standard for the price that we paid. We only had one pillow each to sleep on and there were no extras in the room. No beverage making facilities in the room. There was a hot drinks machine downstairs but it was dkk 35 each. There was also no phone in the room to call for reception etc and the mattress on the bed was very thin. So overall the hotel we thought was not worth the money spent to stay. "

"Great location and outlook and views. Conveniently located near about of restaurant options at the harbour. Service is friendly and you always get a very warm welcome. Some of the rooms in the original building could benefit from refresh / remodel. Breakfast is great and free hot drinks and afternoon snacks is a welcome treat. "

"the room was too hot as the heater was hidden underneath the curtain and couldn't adjust. The mattress was too soft for me. The breakfast was lovely though."
