"Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room."

"The tub was faulty. The flush was faulty and the AC was faulty.. we heard other people also complaining about the A/C not being cool enough. A little boy couldn’t sleep properly at all because he was sweating so much"

"The breakfast was poor. Small selection - I will nor recommand to use InterCityBerlin Nord due to the breakfast. The menu for dinner was mor like the menu you can have at a nerar by gas station."

"The hotel was smart and quirky/modern similar to other Moxys, just five minute walk from the train station. The room was fairly small but comfortable with cool lighting round the TV and tables. My laptop just about fitted on the table but there is plenty of room on the ground floor to work if you need to. The room also didn't have a safe box. Bathroom was small but shower was decent enough but no demisting mirror or magnifying mirror like some modern hotels have. Staff on reception and at the bar were friendly. Overall my stay was good enough for my two nights in Berlin. "
