"Our stay was okay. The beds were uncomfortable, very thin walls, and our bedding was tattered and very worn. It wasn't what we were expecting. "

"Beds were uneven. Bathtub was dirty, carpet was dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was cold, there was no hot water for oatmeal, there was mix for waffles but waffle maker wasn’t working - there was no staff to talk to about issues. "

"The room was super clean and spacious! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and it was actually a swimmable temperature for me as well! All of the staff were super nice and helpful! Definitely will stay again!"

"I never take the time to write reviews but the "very good" ratings seen online for this hotel are misleading. The entire hotel is dirty/filthy, stains all over the carpets, dirt and dust everywhere, okd crumbs and dirt in the rooms, dirty items and trash on the floors in the main halls, and the odor throughout the entire place is nauseating. Would never stay here again or recommend. "

"I was real surprised at teh way the room was ,under construction and i appreciate that but the couch that was in my room when seat on you go to the ground , the window curtain looked like someone poured coffee all ove it and i am not lieing it was strained from top to bottom. I understand you get what you pay for . But it was terrible. "

"Each rooms are like apartments. It comes with kitchen and living room. Restaurants, shops are right there. Great staff if you need anything. I stay here every time I visit my family. Only thing that I would like is a door man. No automatic door and there are stairs to the lobby. When you have a luggage, there is no one to open the door for you or help with the luggage. It’s a struggle for an old woman. "
