"The advert on Hotels.com specifically talks about spa facilities, saunas, massages etc. There are NONE of these available AT the hotel; you have to go half a mile down the road to the local health club (which was amazing, by the way), but cost another £30 or so for the evening. It is misleading to suggest the Hotel itself has these amenities. And the restaurant closed earlier than the host told me. I wouldn't book again."

"I don't think this hotel deserves a 4 star rating of they don't even have a full bar, no amenity kits (or basically just a toothbrush I asked for) or any temperature control in the room..."

"Beautiful place! Nice, warm clean and cosy. Beautifully decorated for the festive season. Big clean room with very comfortable bed. Good location for a nice stopover not far from the motorway. Just wished we could have stayed longer."

Breakfast was good, however on site restaurant with limited choice. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I only stayed here because of it's proximity to my work location, and would probably not stay there again."
