"We were slightly apprehensive of the distance of the hotel from the station and city centre however, we were so pleased to have booked this hotel. This hotel is at a beautiful location with wonderful seaside walks nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite room which gave us ample space, a bath with a view and a beautiful room. The onsen was clean and well organised. The breakfast buffet provided multiple options of western and Japanese food. The staff were friendly and courteous. The boat to miyajima was extremely convenient as well as the bus from and to the station. This stay was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. "

"An excellent hotel in an unbeatable central location for visiting Hiroshima. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. Our superior twin room was comfortable and felt spacious for Japan, with a small seating area and enough floor space for one large suitcase. While we didn't use the amenities, the staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with shipping our luggage to our next hotel. Note that reception is on the 14th floor. Would definitely stay here again! "
